How do I connect my car?

Open Start Car and sign in with Apple. Then enter the email or username and the password you use in the Pandora app. If your Pandora account has more than one car, pick the one you want. Your car's status shows up after a few seconds.

Why does the app say "Pandora no longer accepts your saved password"?

Pandora turned down the login Start Car has saved for you. This usually means the password was changed in the Pandora app or on Pandora's website. Enter your current Pandora password on the Connect screen and the app picks up your car again.

Does the Apple Watch app need its own setup?

No. Open Start Car on your iPhone and sign in, and the watch picks it up on its own.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings in Start Car and tap Delete account at the bottom of the Account section. The same button is on the Connect screen and on the subscription screen. The privacy policy says what is removed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Apple handles the billing, so you cancel on your iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Start Car. Deleting your Start Car account does not cancel the subscription for you.
